A single-component powder adhesive in two colors: white and gray, containing nanostructured additives for installing tiles and ceramics. This adhesive provides excellent adhesion and high resistance to temperature changes, making it a suitable option for installing tiles in a variety of spaces
Porcelain powder tile adhesive is produced as a single component and in two colors: white and gray. This adhesive contains mineral powders, polymer additives, thickeners, nanostructure additives, cement and other additives. After mixing with water, it is ready to use
This product is suitable for installing medium-sized ceramic and porcelain tiles and natural stone on a variety of absorbent and non-absorbent horizontal and vertical surfaces inside and outside the building
First, ensure the quality of the surface under the work. The surface under the work must be smooth, sound, of appropriate strength and free of any grease, dust and loose particles. If tiling is done on old tiles, remove the glaze of the tiles under the work with an axe
To make the tile adhesive, add up to 3 liters of water for every ten kilograms of powdered tile adhesive and mix the adhesive using an electric mixer. Slowly add the water to the powder and continue mixing for three minutes until a soft and uniform paste is obtained
Leave the resulting paste for ten minutes and, if necessary, adjust its consistency by adding water. The consistency of the adhesive should be such that after installing the tile, the tile does not immediately separate and the back of the tile remains soaked with adhesive. If the adhesive is hard, tiles, ceramics and stone will not stick to it
After preparing the adhesive, thoroughly coat the back of the tile and the surface under the work with the adhesive using a notched trowel and press the tile onto it. To improve adhesion, gently move the tile into place while pressing
The tiles should be placed on the glued surface within a maximum of twenty minutes. The prepared adhesive should be used within one hour. If the adhesive dries before use, it can no longer be used and should not be diluted with water
The setting time for tiles installed on highly absorbent surfaces is twenty-four hours, and for surfaces with low absorption or larger tiles, more time is required
Bidak’s TN1000 tile adhesive is available in 20 kg waterproof packages
Depending on the roughness of the surface under the work and the condition of the grooves on the back of the tile, about 3 to 6 kilograms of powder tile adhesive are required to cover one square meter
