NS1000 – Paste tile adhesive

Ready-to-use paste adhesive with excellent adhesion, suitable for installing wall tiles in interior spaces. This product is easy to use, quick to install, and resistant to moisture and cracking.

Paste tile adhesive is produced as a single component and contains mineral powders, polymer additives, thickeners, emulsion resins, and other additives

Applications of paste tile adhesive

This product is suitable for installing medium-sized ceramic and porcelain tiles and natural stone on a variety of horizontal and vertical absorbent and non-absorbent surfaces inside buildings

How to use paste tile adhesive

  • First, ensure the quality of the surface under the work (the surface under the work must be smooth, sound, have adequate strength, and be free of any grease, dust, and loose particles)
  • After opening the bucket, stir the glue well and adjust its consistency using water if necessary
  • After preparing the adhesive, thoroughly coat the substrate and back of the tile with adhesive using a notched trowel and press the tile onto it. To improve adhesion, gently move the tile into place while pressing. When using on surfaces with very high water absorption, such as gypsum surfaces, it is recommended to coat the substrate with Bidak AWR100 before tiling
  • The tiles must be glued to the glued surface within twenty minutes
  • Tiles installed on highly absorbent surfaces should be grouted after twenty-four hours. For surfaces with low water absorption or large tiles, more time is required for grouting

Bidak’s NS1000 paste tile adhesive is available in 12 and 1.5 kg buckets

 

Consumption rate

Depending on the roughness of the surface under the work and the condition of the grooves on the back of the tile, approximately 3 to 6 kilograms of NS1000 adhesive are required to cover one square meter

 

Conditions and duration of storage
  • Store out of reach of children, direct sunlight and moisture, at a temperature of plus five to plus thirty-five degrees Celsius, and in an indoor environment
  • If stored under the stated conditions and in the original sealed packaging, the product remains usable for up to twelve months
