Method of use:

The substrate must be completely clean, smooth, resistant and free of any dust or grease. For installation on old tiles, be sure to scrape the previous surface glaze with an ax so that the TN1000 gray tile adhesive adheres better.

To prepare the tile adhesive paste, add about 3 to 3.5 liters of water for every 10 kilograms of TN1000 gray adhesive. Mix the powder gently with water and stir with an electric mixer for about 3 minutes to obtain a soft and uniform paste.

Set the prepared paste aside for 10 minutes and, if necessary, add a small amount of water to achieve the appropriate consistency. The consistency should be such that the tile does not easily separate during installation and its back is completely soaked in the adhesive.

During installation, apply the TN1000 gray tile adhesive evenly to the surface and back of the tile using a notched trowel and place the tile in the desired location with pressure. For greater adhesion, move the tile slightly.

Tile installation should be done within 20 minutes of gluing. Be sure to use the prepared TN1000 adhesive within one hour. Do not mix the dried adhesive with water again.

Tying time:

• Highly absorbent surfaces: after 24 hours

• Non-absorbent surfaces or large tiles: longer time according to environmental conditions

Approximate consumption of TN1000 gray tile adhesive:

Depending on the smoothness or unevenness of the subfloor and the depth of the grooves behind the tile, about 3 to 6 kilograms of adhesive will be used per square meter.
